Information for your registration

• Early fee (until August 17, 2019): 150 €
• Late fee (from August 18, 2019, until September 15, 2019): 200 €
• On-site fee: 250 €

Cancellation policy

Reimbursement requests received before August 17, 2019 will be accepted and 50% reimbursed. No reimbursement will be possible from August 18, 2019 onwards.

Visa support letter

To request a Visa Support Letter, please follow the instructions available here and send an email to eventi@fbk.eu.

Invitation letters to participate in the event will be issued ONLY to participants who have already paid the registration fee. No Invitation letters can be issued for accompanying persons.
